Chiropractor - Hiring

Overall Goal

To find a DC that is ready to be taught our tried and proven office structure and then to utilize that knowledge to open an office in which they will be a percentage owner operator.

The ideal candidate will complete a training term at one of our current office for a time period that can range from 3-12 months but will ultimately be determined by their own ability to learn and grasp the office structure. As part of the partnership the DC’s responsibilities at the new location will be primarily the treatment and wellbeing of the patients. Secondary to this will be generating inside referrals, conducting outside marketing events, and playing a limited role in overseeing the staff.  All the other responsibilities will be handled by our office management team which includes staffing, training, billing, marketing, internet needs, supplies, payroll, taxes, etc. This is like having all your dreams come true, you get to be an owner in a very honest and successful chiropractic group, carry on your passion of improving the health of the people in your community, and don’t have to worry about all the hassles of running a business.

During the training phase we will evaluate and come to terms on a potential location to open a new office or purchase an existing office. Each partner will be responsible for their percent share of all finances involved in the startup phase of the new office. There may be some flexibility involved in this area for the right candidate.

The ideal DC will have aspirations of building a huge practice with only a minimal amount of the stresses. Candidate will also have all the qualities necessary to be an amazing chiropractor which include but are not limited to;

1.      Excellent adjusting skills – Diversified, Thomson, SOT, Petibon techniques.

2.      Ability to diagnosis and manage the patients care resulting in improved structural changes to the positioning of their spines.

3.      Experience working in an office that incorporates various modalities into each patients plan of care.

4.      Has the drive, work ethic, and understanding of what it takes to build, run, and own a successful chiropractic office.

5.      Shares similarities and is able to see eye to eye regarding the following;
